With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world’s most complex challenges and deliver more impact together.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Role description:</strong></p>\n<p><span>Arcadis seeks a <strong>Senior Account Leader/Project Manager&nbsp;</strong>to join our team to support the growth of water, wastewater, and stormwater opportunities in Central and North Florida.&nbsp;This role is based out of our Orlando, Florida office.&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span>As a Senior Account Leader/Project Manager, you will collaborate with other Area Leaders, Area Managers, Project Managers and Technical Experts to successfully win projects and assist in executing them to achieve our clients’ objectives while providing excellent client service.&nbsp; In addition, you will contribute to the strategic growth, planning and support of various key initiatives throughout the market area.&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Role accountabilities:</strong></p>\n<p><span>The Senior Account Leader/Project Manager will implement strategies to expand services to current clients and to add new clients.</span></p>\n<p><span>Responsibilities include:&nbsp;</span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Build and strengthen client relationships with decision makers at multiple levels with the goal of becoming a trusted advisor to our clients.</span></li>\n <li><span>Developing a deep understanding of local utility issues, and identifying client needs, future project planning, local market conditions, and other information necessary to improve positioning for future pursuits.</span></li>\n <li><span>Understanding client organizations processes and culture to create value added solutions.</span></li>\n <li><span>Lead pursuit plans and develop client engagement strategies and participate in task order development and interviews to win new projects.</span></li>\n <li><span>Coordinate with project managers to monitor the planning, design, and construction administration of projects to ensure we develop quality services and deliverables within project schedules.</span></li>\n <li><span>Serve as project manager to monitor the planning, design and construction administration of projects and either lead or assist, as needed, in the development of scope and cost proposals for task orders and projects.</span></li>\n <li><span>Serve as a senior technical resource on small to large sized, multi-disciplined, municipal water, wastewater, stormwater, resilience, and/or utility planning, design, construction, and program management projects, while also supporting the development of junior and mid-level staff.</span></li>\n <li><span>Collaborate with the National Water Practice Leader and the broader National Water Practice network to support technical alignment, share best practices, and contribute to the development of consistent water process approaches across regions.</span></li>\n <li><span>External engagement in professional organizations and internal engagement with national practice leadership on LCRI, AWIA, research, innovation, emerging contaminants, and/or water quality issues, with the potential to help shape future regional and national practice direction.</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to deliver key financial performance including growth.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>Travel (up to 30%) will be required for client meetings, client or professional events, and other activities as needed for project or business growth purposes.&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</strong></p>\n<p><span><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>10 years of experience in business development and/or project management in the water, wastewater, stormwater, and resilience sectors, in addition to a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil, Environmental, Water Resources, or a related field of study.</span></li>\n <li><span>Florida P.E. License or ability to obtain within 6 months.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Key Skills/Attributes</strong></span></p>\n<p><span>The ideal candidate will have experience in client and project management with municipal water, wastewater, stormwater, and/or resilience projects of various sizes. They should demonstrate strong technical engineering and management skills, with experience in planning and design for municipal water, wastewater, stormwater, and/or resilience projects, along with strong business acumen.&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span>The candidate must possess strong, clear, and concise written and oral communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively with clients. Excellent technical writing skills are essential, as is the ability to deliver client presentations and develop and maintain strong client relationships, particularly with local municipalities.</span></p>\n<p><span><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></span></p>\n<p><span>Preferred qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Civil, Environmental, Water Resources, or a related field of study. Candidates with a Project Management Professional or Environmental Sustainability Professional certification are highly desirable.
