      "content": "<li>Architect and implement secure, reliable, and scalable microservices, applying deep understanding of software architecture principles and best practices.</li><li>Integrate VIA’s Web3 components and privacy-preserving technologies to deliver cutting-edge features and innovative platform functionality.</li><li>Define, document, and drive adoption of end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes, ensuring clarity and efficiency from initial concept through deployment and maintenance.</li><li>Spearhead the creation, development, and optimization of automation pipelines for continuous integration, testing, and deployment (CI/CD), ensuring efficient and reliable application releases.</li><li>Develop and execute comprehensive automated testing strategies, including unit and integration tests, to deliver high-quality, robust software.</li><li>Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, analyze, and optimize the performance of deployed applications, working to mitigate bottlenecks.</li><li>Serve as a subject matter expert and provide technical leadership in privacy and security, guiding project delivery and ensuring VIA’s solutions meet the highest standards.</li><li>Clearly articulate complex software designs, architectural choices, and technical processes to diverse audiences, including technical peers and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Collaborate effectively with various cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, solve problems, and achieve successful project outcomes.</li><li>Rapidly grasp new technical concepts and effectively apply this knowledge to address complex challenges and develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs.</li><li>Continuously explore and thoughtfully integrate relevant advancements in privacy, cryptography, and distributed systems to contribute to VIA's cutting-edge products.</li>"

      "text": "What you will bring to this role:",
      "content": "<li>Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or science</li><li>5+ years of relevant full stack or backend development experience</li><li>Strong experience with cloud-based software development in a microservices environment and cryptography techniques, including:</li><li>Developing RESTful APIs (using frameworks such as FastAPI) secured by OAuth2/Auth</li><li>Integrating asymmetric and/or symmetric encryption in applications</li><li>Thorough working knowledge of data structures, algorithms, databases (SQL and NoSQL), and in-memory data storage</li><li>Extensive knowledge of parallel processing, message brokers, and/or distributed task queues</li><li>Working knowledge of Docker containers</li><li>Previous experience leading an Agile team of developers a plus:</li><li>Proven on-time delivery of multiple quality software projects</li><li>Ability to advocate for technical excellence, maintaining the highest standard of software engineering practices</li><li>Model an ability to identify blockers and use critical thinking to provide creative solutions</li><li>Proficiency in documentation and the desire to clearly communicate technical processes to both non-technical and technical audiences.</li><li>Exposure to the following a plus: IETF RFCs, blockchain systems, zero-knowledge proofs</li><li>Service mesh (Istio), zero trust architecture and observability</li><li>Working knowledge of Helm charts</li>"
