Ability to work Monday to Friday. On-call responsibility required. Rotation weekend on call is also required. May have to work some holidays. Must have valid Driver&#39;s License, reliable transportation and car insurance. Previous apartment maintenance and supervisory experience are required. HVAC certification is required. CPO certification is preferred. &nbsp;The Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years experience in the Apartment industry as well as a minimum of 5 years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.
