This role requires strong technical expertise in charging infrastructure, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently across multiple locations. The FSE is critical to ensuring operational excellence, uptime, and customer satisfaction.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Install, commission, configure, and deploy AC and DC chargers at customer locations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Perform routine maintenance, preventive checks, and emergency repairs on charging stations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, coordinating with internal support teams as necessary.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Provide on-site and remote technical support and training to customers on charger operation, commissioning, and safety.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Document service activities accurately and update internal systems with service reports.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational procedures, and company policies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications &amp; Skills:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, or related technical field, or equivalent experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer, Field Technician, or similar role, preferably in charging infrastructure or related electrical systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong knowledge of AC and DC electrical systems, charger commissioning, hardware, and diagnostics tools.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Familiarity with software integration, reporting systems, and troubleshooting methodologies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Solid understanding of HSE (Health, Safety &amp; Environment) regulations and compliance in technical field operations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
