This leader will drive a proactive, risk-based compliance culture—ensuring alignment with domestic and international regulations while enabling continued business growth.</p>\n<p>This role partners closely with executive leadership, legal, and operational teams to design scalable compliance frameworks, strengthen internal controls, and embed best-in-class governance practices across all business units and geographies.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead the development and execution of global compliance frameworks, policies, and internal audit programs</li>\n <li>Proactively identify and mitigate compliance risks across U.S. and international markets</li>\n <li>Design and implement dashboards, risk heat maps, and KPIs to provide actionable insights to leadership</li>\n <li>Drive automation and digitization of compliance workflows to improve efficiency and scalability</li>\n <li>Partner cross-functionally (Finance, HR, Production, Logistics, Legal) to ensure regulatory alignment</li>\n <li>Develop and execute an annual audit plan, including reporting and remediation strategies</li>\n <li>Deliver enterprise-wide compliance training and foster a culture of accountability and ethical conduct</li>\n <li>Continuously evaluate and improve policies, procedures, and systems to enhance compliance effectiveness and cost efficiency</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications/Requirements</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Required</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree</li>\n <li>7+ years of experience in compliance, auditing, or regulatory environments (e.g., TTB, Customs, IRS)</li>\n <li>Proven ability to lead cross-functional compliance programs in highly regulated industries</li>\n <li>Strong expertise in governance, risk management, and internal audit frameworks</li>\n <li>Ability to travel up to 30%</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in alcohol beverage, CPG, or similarly regulated industries</li>\n <li>Advanced degree (JD, CPA, CIA, or related field)</li>\n <li>Relevant certifications (e.g., CCEP, CAMS, CRCM)</li>\n <li>Experience with GRC platforms, audit tools, and data visualization</li>\n <li>Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-JJ1</p>\n<p>#LI-hybrid</p>",
