    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong><u>RESPONSIBILITIES</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Reading and understanding RFP and tender documents</li>\n <li>Reading and understanding customer requirements provided by SA and sales team</li>\n <li>Concept design of data center architecture and equipment</li>\n <li>Understanding of relevant architectural and structural codes and standards</li>\n <li>CAD Modeling&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Understanding passive fire protection design and requirements</li>\n <li>Coordination with other technical disciplines (HVAC, electrical, controls, fire protection)</li>\n <li>Dimensioning and specification of structural and architectural parts of the modular building&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Technical project coordination with customers and suppliers</li>\n <li>Communication with customers in order to propose the best solution</li>\n <li>Making technical proposals for Vertiv modular solutions data centers&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Providing design documents</li>\n <li>Problem solving and interpretation of customer requirements in proposed solutions</li>\n <li>Support SA and sales team</li>\n <li>Solution-based thinking that will incorporate a multitude of Structural and Mechanical components to an end-customer deployment&nbsp; &nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong><u>QUALIFICATIONS</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Structural Engineering</li>\n <li>Minimum 3 years of design experience</li>\n <li>Proficient in structural and mechanical system design including end user interface applications</li>\n <li>Strong CAD capabilities including the ability to represent site, structural and system layouts, as well as custom designs and associated pre-fabricated data center infrastructure systems</li>\n <li>Solution-based thinking that will incorporate a multitude of Mechanical and Electrical components to an end-customer deployment&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Solid communication skills, both written and oral, to work across multiple Engineering and Manufacturing teams to bring architectures and concepts to deployment&nbsp;</li>\n <li>PC skills: active user of Windows, MS Office incl. Excel (A), Word (A), AutoCAD</li>\n <li>Key skills are- CAD 2D design experience is a must. &nbsp;Revit or any 3D modelling software is a preference.
