font-size: 15px\">Develops and administers mathematics curriculum consistent with school district goals and objectives.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #485d9d; font-size: 15px\">Promotes a classroom environment that is safe and conducive to individualized and small-group instruction, and student learning.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #485d9d; font-size: 15px\">Develops lesson plans and instructional materials for the math subject area, and translates lesson plans into learning experiences to develop pertinent sequential assignments, challenge students, and best utilize the available time for instruction.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #485d9d; font-size: 15px\">Teaches knowledge and skills in mathematics, including concepts such as real and imaginary numbers, formulas, calculations, and geometry, and promotes creative thinking and analysis in all related subject areas.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #485d9d; font-size: 15px\">Designs learning activities to demonstrate the application of mathematics to everyday existence and problem-solving.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #485d9d; font-size: 15px\">Conducts ongoing assessment of student learning and progress, and modifies instructional methods to fit individual student's needs, including students with special needs; conducts individual and small group instruction as needed.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #485d9d; font-size: 15px\">Maintains familiarity with district and New Jersey State standardized tests to adapt the curriculum to maximize student achievement on such tests.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;
