Hotel Saint Louis Bartender About the Role: As a Restaurant Bartender, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining and social experience by expertly preparing and serving a wide variety of beverages. Prior experience as a bartender or in a customer service role within a restaurant or bar setting. Knowledge of standard drink recipes and bar equipment operation. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks. Legal age to serve alcohol in the United States. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol). Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling. Strong knowledge of craft cocktails and mixology techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
