This role, based in Springfield, MO, offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of transportation projects to build your technical expertise, gain confidence, and expand your project ownership.</p><p>You will be a key part of growing a collaborative team environment where mentorship, development, and meaningful project experience are part of our culture. Locally, you will have the opportunity to seek out, develop, support and guide junior team members and work closely with Project Managers to deliver impactful transportation projects.
