If you're driven to lead, grow, and make a measurable impact, we invite you to join a team where performance, development, and customer satisfaction comes first.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Full complement of health insurance benefits</li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO) in first year of employment (12, 16, 20 days annually)</li><li>Paid holidays and community service day</li><li>401(k) with company match</li><li>Paid parental leave</li><li>Competitive wages</li><li>Company-paid term life insurance</li><li>and much more!</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Verify invoices and help the parts drivers in the morning load the trucks</li><li>Return parts, file damage claims and complete core credits</li><li>Take return parts back to each stock room, ensuring it has a location</li><li>Move cores to the cores area</li><li>Assist customers who are looking for a credit of a returned part</li><li>File damage claims &amp; ensure we received the money back from the manufacture&nbsp;</li><li>Pull obsolete parts to send back to manufacture or scrap them</li><li>Prepare shipments for cores or returns</li><li>Cleaning up the cardboard &amp; the work area and ensuring the walkway is clean and free of debris</li><li>Handling cores with customers making sure they are returned correctly</li><li>Maintain professional appearance</li><li>Other tasks as assigned by the Wholesale Parts Director, or other managers</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or the equivalent</li><li>Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information</li><li>Tech savvy and comfortable with computers</li><li>Previous experience in an automotive parts department preferred</li><li>Great work ethic with and ability to work on a team</li><li>Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Current and valid driver's license</li></ul><p><strong>We welcome all replies in strict confidence.
