No Sundays.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>STATUS:</strong> Part-time</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>FUNCTION: </strong>Responsible for preparing and cooking food, maintaining kitchen equipment, and ensuring a clean and safe cooking environment to ensure high-quality meals are consistently served.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>KEY ACTIVITIES:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Visualize, fulfill, and implement the company vision and core values.</li>\n <li>Maintain a positive, motivated attitude in the workplace.</li>\n <li>Prepare and cook chicken, snacks, and other food items according to company standards.</li>\n <li>Ensure all meals are prepared in a safe and hygienic manner.</li>\n <li>Ensure that all food items meet safety and quality standards, including checking temperatures, storage conditions, and freshness.</li>\n <li>Regularly clean and sanitize cooking equipment, kitchen surfaces, and food prep areas. Ensure that all machines are thoroughly cleaned and maintained for optimal performance.</li>\n <li>Track inventory of food supplies and ingredients, including ordering or restocking as necessary to meet demand.</li>\n <li>Report any malfunctioning or broken equipment to management.</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean and professional working environment.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely food preparation during busy hours.</li>\n <li>Attend and participate in all Company sponsored training programs as required.</li>\n <li>Adhere to all safety protocols and Company policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Perform any other duties, responsibilities or tasks as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Professional communication and interpersonal skills.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of food safety practices, including proper storage, handling, and temperature control for cooked and raw foods.</li>\n <li>Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks.</li>\n <li>Provide regular and predictable attendance.</li>\n <li>Ability to identify issues with food or equipment and find solutions promptly.</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a collaborative environment, helping others and communicating effectively within the team.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate initiative and reliability with minimal supervision.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior cooking/food service experience required.</li>\n <li>Food handler's permit or any other relevant culinary certifications is advantageous.</li>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years old. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Physical Work - Medium: exerting up to 25 lbs. of force regularly.</li>\n <li>Repetitive motion associated with operating a fryer and other cooking equipment.</li>\n <li>Frequent bending, standing for extended periods, and lifting required.</li>\n <li>Able to work in hot environments (kitchen and fryer areas) and tolerate noise from cooking equipment and customer traffic.</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate with customers and team members verbally.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>This description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, efforts, or work conditions associated with this job.
