Ensures adequate supply of snack bar supplies.&nbsp;</li><li>Assists in serving the guest when necessary and may perform the work of those supervised.&nbsp;</li><li>Resolves guest concerns, complaints, or refers the situation to management, in a continuous effort to provide superior service to Resort guests.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrates effective communication skills, both verbal and written, when applicable.
