Your responsibilities will include:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Servicing and maintaining HVAC systems, including VRF/VRV systems, ASHP/WSHP, packaged and split A/C, heat pump systems, RTUs, and more.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Providing clear and timely feedback to dispatch and customers, resolving any system issues effectively.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assembling and installing components such as motors, controls, valves, and compressors using hand and power tools.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Testing installed heating units, adjusting controls for optimal performance, and performing scheduled maintenance.  </span></li>\n<li>Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-inventoried company vehicle.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><em>Qualifications:</em></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">HVAC certification (Red Seal or equivalent) and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proven experience servicing residential and commercial HVAC systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong communication and customer service skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work independently or as part of a team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience with refrigeration systems and control systems is a plus</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><em>Technical Skills:</em></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience working in residential multi-unit and commercial settings.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Additional certifications or training relevant to the role including: </span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">First Aid</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Fall Protection</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Gas Fitter</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Boom/Scissor Lift</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Forklift</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>Interpersonal Skills:</em></p>\n<p><span><br></span></p>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work in various environments including rooftops, crawl spaces, and confined areas.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Work in outdoor settings with exposure to all weather conditions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Physical ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50lbs) and work with hand and power tools.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">You can expect these great benefits:</span></span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Competitive compensation packages.</span></li>\n<li><span>Extended health benefits.</span></li>\n<li><span>RRSP </span></li>\n<li><span>Team building and social events.</span></li>\n<li><span>Training, development and mentorship opportunities.</span></li>\n<li><span>Opportunity to advance in your career.</span></li>\n<li><span>Work-life balance.</span></li>\n<li><span>A great culture where we truly value our employees.</span></li>\n<li><span>Only residents in the Lower Mainland of BC will be considered.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About <span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-weight: bold\">Hall Mechanical Services</span>:</span></span></p>\n<p><br><span>Hall Mechanical Services takes great pride in having over two decades of experience in residential, institutional, commercial, and industrial construction sectors.
