We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our marketing strategies to further elevate the AIBC brand.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Role Overview</span></p>\n<p>As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will help expand AIBC’s global presence by leading and executing marketing campaigns across social media, content, website, partnerships, and events. This role requires strong marketing expertise combined with solid knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, AI, Web3, and emerging technologies, with a proven ability to build strategic partnerships and grow brand visibility in tech-driven industries.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Marketing Strategy &amp; Campaigns:</span> Create and manage the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation for the AIBC brand.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Partnerships &amp; Ecosystem Growth: </span>Build and maintain strong partnerships with crypto, blockchain, AI and Web3 companies, media outlets and influencers.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Content &amp; Social Media: </span>Oversee content and lead social media and community engagement across X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord and other channels. Aligned with other departments</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Website &amp; Event Marketing: </span>Manage website updates and SEO, and support the promotion of AIBC events to increase visibility and attendance.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Analytics &amp; Collaboration:</span> Track performance, optimise campaigns using data, and work closely with internal teams to ensure clear and consistent communication.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years in marketing, ideally within cryptocurrency, blockchain or fintech.</li>\n<li>Proven experience running and scaling marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.</li>\n<li>Strong background in building and managing partnerships in the crypto and blockchain space.</li>\n<li>Good understanding of crypto markets, blockchain technology and the wider digital asset industry.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong leadership, project management and organisational skills.</li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing and paid advertising.</li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n<li>Comfortable working with data and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social insights.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education</span></p>\n<p>Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advanced understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, AI and Web3.</li>\n<li>Experience in event marketing, ideally within the crypto sector.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with CRM platforms, CMS tools and marketing automation systems.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why AIBC?</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work in an innovative and fast-growing industry at the forefront of blockchain and cryptocurrency.</li>\n<li>Opportunity to lead high-impact campaigns that shape the future of the AIBC brand.</li>\n<li>Collaborative work environment with a talented and passionate team.</li>\n<li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li>\n</ul>",
