font-weight: bold\">Your Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Inspects construction sites for compliance with documented environmental terms and conditions associated with the Bureau of Land Management construction approval for a linear transmission line and ancillary facilities project.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Work in compliance with the safety manual, with safety of self and others in mind at all times.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Document and complete daily site inspections and reports, including photographs, for construction status, environmental compliance, site conditions, issues, and concerns.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Communicate daily with the Construction Contractor(s) staff and/or Environmental Construction Monitor and crew members.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Assist with the development of action plans for non-compliance conditions in coordination with the project team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Travel throughout southern and western Nevada for project site inspection, trainings, and meetings.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Position Requires:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under limited supervision.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Ability to write simple correspondence and present information in one-on-one and small group situations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Ability to function with clear and detailed expectations and communication.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and be able to adjust to daily changes in priorities to meet the construction schedule.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Ability to work cooperatively with crew members and supervisors is a must.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Ability to work outdoors in extreme temperatures and in remote locations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Ability to walk up to 5+ miles per day over steep terrain for extended periods of time.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Proficiency with electronic devices such as smart phones and tablets for digital data collection.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Ability to drive a 4-wheel drive vehicle and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Bachelor or Master’s degree in Biology, Planning, Anthropology, Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Studies, or closely related field.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">3+ years of environmental compliance construction monitoring.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
