    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Inventory Supervisor</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Main Function</span></p>\n<p>Overall management of perpetual and physical stock at all CB Foods <span>Warehousing facilities. </span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Initiate, coordinate and enforce policies and procedures to maintain accuracy </span><span>of inventory, FIFO, minimize spoilage whilst ensuring that the system is up to </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">date.</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Accountabilities</span></p>\n<p><span>The Inventory Supervisor is required to ensure management of the following, relating to both perpetual and physical inventory:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>System is monitored on a daily basis in order to ensure the integrity of the balances;</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span> Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, policies and deadlines;</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Audit Warehouse/Inventory management operation with the aim of recommending improvements;</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Establish and execute a cycle count schedule;</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Coordinate daily cycle counts of various inventory assets and ensure accurate updating of system;</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Coordinate periodic full stock counts at all Warehouses and ensure accurate updating of system;</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Identify, investigate and reconcile count discrepancies;</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Provide reports of count findings and maintenance of count records for review by Management;</span></li>\n<li><br>Implement procedures to ensure accountability and stringent inventory controls;</li>\n<li><br><span>Liaise with Inventory Coordinators, Operations Accounting relating to warehouse matters</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>Monitor and ensure accuracy of inventory transaction postings to sub- ledger</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Verify warehouse spoilage and ensure accuracy and timeliness in accounting for same on the system</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #161616\">Any </span><span>other <span style=\"color: #0f0f0f\">duties </span>that <span style=\"color: #181818\">may </span>be <span style=\"color: #161616\">reasonable</span></span><span><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Demonstrated Knowledge, Skills, Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>A first Degree in business with <span style=\"color: #0a0a0a\">a </span>focus on </span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">manufacturing, warehousing, supply chain management, inventory control or materials</span></li>\n<li>Minimum of three (3) years working in a warehouse environment at a supervisory level</li>\n<li>Solid project management skills are essential</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Excellent analytical and problem solving</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: var(--gray10,#222); font-size: var(--font-size-medium,15px)\">Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with </span>all levels of the organization and the executive team</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong quantitative and critical thinking skills</li>\n<li><br><span>Team leadership and team building skills</span></li>\n<li>Experience working in a cold storage facility would be an asset</li>\n</ul>",
