Our team uses this expertise to broaden the portfolio of products and solutions that the company sells, delivers and manages. Our software engineers work on a range of projects, from full-stack applications and AI/ML integration to digital human solutions.We are looking for a Full Stack Developer/Engineer who is passionate about building end-to-end solutions, from intuitive user interfaces to powerful backend systems. You will work across the entire technology stack, designing and developing responsive frontends, robust APIs, and scalable server-side logic. If you thrive in a collaborative, client-focused environment and enjoy working on cutting-edge technologies, we&#39;d love to have you on our team.</p><p><strong>Required Technical Skills:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li data-pasted=\"true\">3-5 years experience in full-stack development with strong working knowledge of React, Node.js, Python, and cloud technology (Google, AWS, Azure).</li><li>Familiarity with mobile app development (i.e. React Native, Flutter).</li><li>Experience with state management libraries (Redux) and component design systems.</li><li>Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach.</li><li>Having knowledge in other languages like C#, Go, or Ruby is a plus.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Education/Experience:</strong></p><ul><li data-pasted=\"true\">Bachelor&#39;s degree as a minimum or demonstrate equivalent experience.</li><li>Cloud certifications/shown experience is a plus.</li><li>Frontend or full-stack certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Meta Front-End Developer) are a plus.</li><li>US DoD Clearance preferred or willingness to obtain such</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li data-pasted=\"true\">Strong experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.</li><li>Proficiency in backend development with Node.js, Python (Flask/FastAPI/Django), or Java (SpringBoot).</li><li>Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript.</li><li>Familiarity with MariaDB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other scalable databases.</li><li>Cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure).</li><li>Strong understanding of API design, authentication, and secure coding practices.</li><li>Experience with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies.</li><li>Background in mobile development (React Native) or progressive web apps is a plus.</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li data-pasted=\"true\">Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).</li><li>Build and consume RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.</li><li>Develop responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces.</li><li>Implement and manage relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MariaDB, MongoDB).</li><li>Integrate with cloud-native services and deploy applications using containerization platforms (Docker, Kubernetes).</li><li>Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing to ensure code quality and reliability.</li><li>Collaborate with UX designers, product analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.</li><li>Document application architecture, APIs, and development workflows.</li><li>Work on integrating AI/ML models into full-stack applications is a plus.</li><li>Travel - must be willing to travel 25% and periodically up to 50%</li></ul><p><br></p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><em>Sterling Computers Corporation (&ldquo;Sterling&rdquo;) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
