In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning, degreasing, and preparing machinery, parts, and equipment in a manufacturing setting. This role ensures that all components meet cleanliness standards before assembly, painting, or shipping.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Operate high-pressure washers, steam cleaners, and other cleaning equipment to clean industrial parts and machinery</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Inspect items for cleanliness and damage before and after washing</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Use appropriate cleaning agents and degreasers in accordance with safety guidelines</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Handle incoming dirty parts and organize workflow for efficient processing</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wash bay area</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Safely move and position parts using hoists, carts, or forklifts (if certified)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Follow company safety policies, including proper use of PPE and hazardous material handling</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Record and report cleaning results and any damaged parts or equipment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist with routine maintenance of wash bay equipment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support production by ensuring timely cleaning and readiness of parts for next stages</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Participate in 5S and continuous improvement initiatives</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist with light material handling and shop cleanup as needed</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Notify maintenance or supervisor of equipment issues or supply shortages</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Crosstrain in other areas (e.g., parts staging or assembly support) when necessary</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Performs other duties as assigned</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Job Qualifications</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High school diploma or equivalent</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience in cleaning, or general manufacturing preferred</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to use hand tools, materials, and equipment safely</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Physically able to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Willingness to work overtime or different shifts as needed</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Benefits</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Pivotal Health Solutions offers a complete benefits package including 401K, paid time off, paid holidays and healthcare benefits.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily.
