This role ensures a safe, supportive, and recovery-focused environment for residents while assisting with day-to-day needs, facility operations, and treatment team coordination.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Maintain a safe and healthy environment that promotes resident well-being.</li><li>Assist residents with non-clinical needs, ensuring dignity and respect.</li><li>Serve as a non-clinical member of the treatment team, supporting program goals.</li><li>Complete assigned milieu duties to maintain a structured and therapeutic environment.</li><li>Advocate for residents and connect them to community resources, sober supports, and other needed services.</li><li>Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with agency policies.</li><li>Follow and uphold agency policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Provide coverage in other units or departments when staffing needs arise.</li><li>Demonstrate flexibility by supporting cross-coverage between programs.</li><li>Performs observed medication pass.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities per location</strong></p><ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li>Women&rsquo;s Recovery Center</li></ol><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Supports patients in strengthening positive parenting skills through role modeling and coaching.</li><li>Provides relief for mothers including but not limited to providing infant or child support by monitoring and attending to babies while mothers are resting, participating in programing or attending appointments as needed.</li></ul><ol start=\"2\" type=\"1\"><li>Men&rsquo;s Residential</li></ol><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Same as key responsibilities above</li></ul><ol start=\"3\" type=\"1\"><li>Men&rsquo;s Low Intensity Residential</li></ol><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Assist with meal preparation and cooking for residents.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><strong>Required:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Familiarity with addiction, recovery, and supportive care principles.</li><li>Current CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain before hire).</li><li>Valid, unrestricted driver&rsquo;s license and proof of current auto insurance.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Reliable attendance and punctuality.</li><li>Ability to work cooperatively with a diverse team and resident population.</li><li>Food Handlers Card (LIR only)</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Experience in a residential or group living environment.</li><li>Knowledge of recovery-oriented and trauma-informed practices.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Complexity &amp; Working Relationships</strong></p><p>This role interacts directly with residents, treatment team members, family members, and other stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and professionalism are essential.
