The Controller - Multi Unit, Multi-Service - (Nutrition and Environmental Services) position will support The University Hospital Health System located in Cleveland, Ohio.
A valid driver’s license and acceptable driver’s license record check is required.

What You'll Do
Oversee financial operations across multiple business units, ensuring compliance with Sodexo policies and regulatory requirements
Develop and implement financial controls, processes, and reporting to maintain accuracy and integrity of data
Manage budgeting and forecasting cycles across all units, aligning financial plans with organizational goals
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes for multiple entities, ensuring accurate reporting Consolidate financial statements and provide detailed variance analysis against budgets and forecasts
Partner with operational leaders to drive profitability, cost optimization, and strategic decision-making
Identify and mitigate financial risks through proactive analysis and internal control enhancements
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity for all units to ensure financial stability
