Employees at our healthcare sites play a crucial role in enhancing patient experience and well-being</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee financial operations across multiple business units, ensuring compliance with Sodexo policies and regulatory requirements</li>\n <li>Develop and implement financial controls, processes, and reporting to maintain accuracy and integrity of data</li>\n <li>Manage budgeting and forecasting cycles across all units, aligning financial plans with organizational goals</li>\n <li>Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes for multiple entities, ensuring accurate reporting Consolidate financial statements and provide detailed variance analysis against budgets and forecasts</li>\n <li>Partner with operational leaders to drive profitability, cost optimization, and strategic decision-making</li>\n <li>Identify and mitigate financial risks through proactive analysis and internal control enhancements</li>\n <li>Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity for all units to ensure financial stability</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
