Ensure designs meet performance, reliability (N+1 / 2N), scalability, and constructability requirements
Provide technical guidance and oversight to internal and external engineering teams
Collaborate with project management, construction, and estimating teams to align design with execution strategy and cost targets
Review designs, specifications, and submittals to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements
Support vendor and equipment selection for major mechanical systems
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal leadership teams
Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and value
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering or related discipline
10–15+ years of experience in engineering, design, or project delivery
