    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Monte Rosa Therapeutics is seeking a passionate Contractor <strong>High Throughput Cellular Assays </strong>with the experience to implement and run complex cellular assays for a 6-month contract. This position is a key role in the pivotal team responsible for Automation and Screening Technologies & hits-to-leads support for Monte Rosa’s diverse pipeline. The ideal candidate will be able to help evolve Monte Rosa’s hit identification and hits-to-leads endeavors through embracing novel assay technologies, enhancing overall process and actively drive internal and external partnerships.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform a variety of molecular and cellular biology techniques, including mammalian cell culture, protein purification and Western blotting</li>\n <li>Implement and help to execute cell-based and biochemical assays using various technologies (e.g., fluorescence, luminescence, TR-FRET, AlphaScreen) </li>\n <li>Utilize automated liquid handling systems and laboratory robotics</li>\n <li>Analyze and interpret experimental data, compile results, and present findings to the team</li>\n <li>Maintain cell lines and prepare stock solutions</li>\n <li>Manage laboratory inventories and handle biohazardous materials according to safety protocols</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with laboratory safety procedures and guidelines</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Biochemistry, Cell Biology or a life science with 1-2 years of industrial experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in mammalian cell line engineering (CRISPR tagging, lentiviral transduction, overexpression) in both adherent and suspension cell lines is a plus.</li>\n <li>Proven track record for striving for high level of innovation and scientific excellence.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Flexibility to accommodate rapidly changing priorities and deadlines.</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a team-based environment.</li>\n <li>Excellent oral and written communication skills.</li>\n</ul>",
