    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Overview</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The Warehouse Technician provides support to all departments by ensuring the warehouse is clean, organized, and stocked. The Warehouse Technician will prepare, receive, order and export warehouse deliveries, to include job site material and consumables. The Warehouse Technician will also be involved in fleet maintenance. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Receiving &amp; Material Organization</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Receive all material into Dtools</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Document all S/N and MAC addresses</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Print out and apply labels for job-specific material</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Create job location bins for storage and shipping</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Document project storage location with the primary and secondary warehouses</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Small Parts &amp; Office Stock</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain proper max/min quantities for all small parts</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain proper max/min quantities for office supplies</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Put out POs to restock material that needs to be replenished</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Restock Field Technician Milwaukee tool packouts</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Fulfill Field Technician requests for small parts to be staged for the next day</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Staging Material</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Monitor staging request response sheet</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Pull material</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Mark it is picked in Dtools</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Take photos of all material and submit in Staging Report</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Label staged material for bay staging and notify technician and/or PM</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Set up courier for deliveries</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Set up FedEx deliveries </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Set up FedEx Freight deliveries for larger, out-of-town deliveries</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Process Equipment Pending Resolution (EPR)</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist Fleet Maintenance</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Transport vehicles to their scheduled maintenance</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Clean &amp;
