This critical role requires a detailed person to ensure all items are handled in a timely manner. This position will be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and monitoring various types of facility equipment. The Maintenance Technician completes preventative maintenance efforts and schedules as planned and helps ensure ongoing housekeeping efforts are maintained.&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">The Maintenance Technician position is located at our Warehouse in Memphis, TN and will report to the Warehouse Manager.</span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\"><br></span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\"><strong>#FranklinFamily</strong></span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\"><strong>&nbsp;IN MORE DETAIL, YOU WILL:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Perform once per week battery watering, inspection, and basic maintenance of up to 80 forklift batteries</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Operate a Tenant Floor Scrubber once per week to maintain overall warehouse cleanliness</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Maintain and ensure timely repairs for all forklift, battery and charger equipment daily; this may include direct repairs or coordinating directly with various vendors to ensure completion of advanced repairs</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Oversee and communicate with various vendors to support building maintenance and repairs</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Maintain basic warehouse facility equipment and other building structures and contents, to include storage rack repair/assembly/take down</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Resolve maintenance problems directly or through vendors involving electrical, mechanical, structural, plumbing, and equipment repair or replacement&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Establish schedules for and perform preventative maintenance, as required&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in warehouse and office areas&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and company directives as related to building operation and practice of safe work habits&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Occasionally work hours outside of established schedule&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Must be willing and able to work overtime hours as assigned&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\"><br></span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\"><strong>WHO YOU ARE:</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree and/or vocational/technical school certification preferred</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Minimum of two (2) years related experience</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Experience working in warehouse environment preferred</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Forklift operation skills &amp;
