Description
United Security Services is looking for a part time , overnight Graveyard Dispatcher. At United Security, strong performance is noticed and rewarded, with opportunities for more consistent scheduling, increased hours, pay advancement, and potential eligibility for full-time positions and benefits. We believe in promoting from within and supporting those who want to grow with us. Graveyard Dispatcher/ Security Officer Responsibilities
Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and radio communications. Dispatch security officers to incidents, disturbances, medical calls, or suspicious activity. Maintain accurate incident logs, reports, and daily activity records. Answer emergency and non-emergency calls professionally. Coordinate with mall management, local law enforcement, fire, or EMS when needed. Track officer locations and ensure timely response to incidents. Report safety hazards, lost children, theft, or property damage. Maintain confidentiality and follow security procedures at all times. Graveyard Dispatcher Job Requirements
Previous dispatch, customer service, or security experience is a plus.
