    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Catholic Charities Maine Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and mission-driven <strong>Stabilization, Engagement &amp; Prevention Coordinator (SEPC)</strong> to join our <strong>Community Access, Resources and Engagement Services (CARES) Team</strong> in Portland.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong>About the Role:&nbsp;</strong>The SEPC plays a critical role in supporting individuals with behavioral health needs by providing <strong>care coordination, assessment, stabilization, prevention, education, and outreach</strong>. This position involves <strong>home and community-based work</strong> across the Greater Portland area, including Cumberland and York Counties.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">As a SEPC, you will:</span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Collaborate with CARES and BHN teams to assess needs and connect clients with services</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Provide crisis intervention, stabilization support, and short-term counseling</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Engage in outreach and re-engagement efforts to ensure ongoing care</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Educate clients and the community on prevention and recovery resources</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Support clients with basic needs, advocacy, and service navigation</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">This role includes participation in a <strong>rotating 24/7 coverage schedule</strong> shared with team members.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Master&rsquo;s degree in Clinical Counseling, Social Work, or related field</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Certified (or eligible) as MHRT/C or MHRT/CSP</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Holds (or eligible for) a conditional or full clinical license (LCPC, LCPC-C, LCSW, LMSW-C); CADC, CRMA, and CPI Train-the-Trainer certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">At least 2 years&rsquo; experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, including at least 1 year in a community-based setting</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Knowledge and experience in addiction recovery, trauma-informed care, and stabilization strongly preferred</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Crisis management and stabilization training required (or to be completed within 6 months)</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Willingness to be trained in Narcan response and deliver training in accordance with protocol (within 6 months)</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong>Starting Salary:</strong>&nbsp;$24.00 &ndash; $28.25 per hour.
