          "text": "<p><strong>What this person will do or some project details:</strong></p><p>Work Location : Hybrid&#xa0;3 days onsite at&#xa0;Bloomfield, CT (Preferred) or Franklin, TN&#xa0;</p><p>We are seeking a Senior End-to-End Integration QA Engineer to support the CMS Burden Reduction / CMS Interoperability program. This role is heavily focused on API testing and validation of HL7 FHIR-based healthcare APIs, ensuring regulatory compliance, data integrity, and high-quality end-to-end integrations across complex healthcare systems.</p><p><strong>&#xa0;</strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>API-Focused End-to-End Testing</li><li>Own and execute end-to-end API and integration testing for CMS Burden Reduction initiatives</li><li>Validate HL7 FHIR-based REST APIs including payloads, schemas, headers, authentication, and error handling</li><li>Perform deep API validation across upstream and downstream systems and integration partners</li><li>Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance across API workflows</li><li>Agile &amp; Program Enablement</li><li>Participate in Pre-PI Planning, PI Planning &amp; break-outs, Release retrospectives, and Technical Design walkthroughs</li><li>Engage in Sprint Planning, daily stand-ups, and System Demos as part of System QA/QE</li><li>Test Planning, Design &amp; Execution</li><li>Contribute to Test Strategy during PI Planning (scenarios, dependencies, risks, regression impact)</li><li>Provide end-to-end test estimates for assigned features (story points)</li><li>Define and review Acceptance Criteria using GIVEN-WHEN-THEN format</li><li>Design, automate, and execute end-to-end test scenarios (positive, negative, integration)</li><li>Identify test data needs and provide inputs for integrated test environment setup</li><li>Execute tests based on business priority and critical paths</li><li>Walk through test evidence and provide demos for feature acceptance</li><li>Defect Management &amp; Governance</li><li>Collaborate with Product Owner, Architects, Developers, RTE, and QE Leads on defect management</li><li>Support warranty and post-production validation</li><li>Maintain daily Jira updates for features, test execution, and defects Required Skills &amp; Experience</li><li>8+ years of experience in End-to-End / Integration QA</li><li>Strong hands-on API testing expertise (must-have)</li><li>Extensive experience using Postman for API validation</li><li>Strong knowledge of HL7 FHIR, Healthcare Interoperability, and CMS Burden Reduction</li><li>Experience with Playwright for API and UI integration scenarios</li><li>Strong experience with Jira for test and defect management</li><li>Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Tools &amp; Technologies:</strong></p><ul><li>Postman (required)</li><li>Playwright</li><li>Jira</li><li>REST APIs, HL7 FHIR</li><li>CI/CD-aligned testing</li><li>Nucural (preferred)</li></ul><p><strong>Key Stakeholders:</strong></p><ul><li>Solution QE Lead, Product Owner, Developers, Solution Train Engineer (RTE) Architects</li></ul>",
