Join us and be part of something extraordinary.</p><p>We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President Full-Stack Engineer to join our Engineering &amp; Technology team. This role is located in Pune</p><p>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:</p><p>Provide high-level application software development services and technical support to internal business groups.<br>Design, develop, and implement well-designed, testable, and efficient full-stack code.<br>Analyze, design, and develop comprehensive tests and test-automation suites.<br>Maintain software functionality and address technical debt to ensure currency and performance.<br>Actively participate in code reviews and integrate software components into fully functional systems.<br>Apply advanced security and privacy principles throughout the software development lifecycle.<br>Consult with IT management and technical staff on emerging technologies, contributing to corporate implementation and integration strategies.<br>Advocate for innovative and creative technology solutions, staying abreast of industry trends.<br>&nbsp;</p><p>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:</p><p>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.<br>10-14 years of experience in software development, with experience in the securities or financial services industry a plus.<br>Thorough knowledge of both front-end (user-side) and back-end (server-side) web development.<br>Intermediate understanding of security principles, relational databases, and architecture design principles.<br>Proficiency in multiple front-end and back-end coding languages (e.g., C#, Java, HTML, NodeJS, CSS, JSON, Angular, JavaScript) and application frameworks/containerization.<br>Demonstrated lead experience in selecting and implementing vendor-specific methodologies and structured consulting.<br>Broad experience with multi-platform development tools and toolkits.<br>Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills, with excellent interpersonal abilities.<br>People Leadership requirement:Mentor junior level engineers, fostering their growth and development.<br>&nbsp;</p><p>At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at:</p><p>BNY Newsroom BNY LinkedIn</p><p>Here’s a few of our recent awards:</p><p>America’s Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025 World’s Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025 “Most Just Companies”, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025</p><p>Our Benefits and Rewards:</p><p>BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
