    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span><strong><u>Job Overview</u></strong></span></p>\n<p><span>This position entails performing technical fieldwork such as environmental gardening, planting, care and maintenance of desired plants and removal of undesired plants with manual and herbicide methods at assigned sites. This position will participate in various activities on wetland areas including exotic and nuisance plant control, trash clean up, site assessments and re-vegetation of sites. This position is 99% field work in and around wetland sites. This position requires entering and working in water sometimes chest high with wildlife present.
