Contacts per diem staff and agencies to cover vacations and sick time. Assigns staff from the float pool and floats staff to different unit to ensure safe staffing levels. The coordinator performs other clerical duties to meet staffing needs.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Enters staff in computerized staffing system.</li>\n <li>Calls in nursing staff when additional staffing is needed.</li>\n <li>Reviews reports and calls off nursing staff when over-scheduled.</li>\n <li>Obtains copies of certifications, and other documents as necessary for registry and contract staff.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Monitors per-diem and contract employees sign-in sheets for accuracy and completion.</li>\n <li>Tracks/maintains/processes all reverse billing for registry/contract staff.</li>\n <li>Establishes effective working relationships with cross-functional team(s)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Organizational Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>NEW 9 story Hospital scheduled for May 2027 – state of the art and double the size!</li>\n <li>Amazing benefits for Full-time and Part-time, including Tuition Reimbursement!</li>\n <li>High employee satisfaction scores!</li>\n <li>Tuition Assistance Plans: We offer the following on the first day of employment!\n  <ul>\n   <li>Tuition Reimbursement: Repays up to $600 per calendar year for fees expended to attend a job-related seminar, licensure renewal (if mandated by job description), workshop, conference, individual course, or other training programs.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Tuition Loan: Provides up to $2,000 per calendar year for approved formal certificate or degree programs including prerequisites for approved degree programs.
