We are currently seeking <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Holistic Youth &amp; Family Advisors (HYFA)</span><span> </span>to provide<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Functional Family Therapy (FFT)</span><span> </span>and<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Family Check-Up (FCU)</span><span> </span>services to families in need of support, guidance, and empowerment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Functional Family Therapy (FFT)</span><span> </span>and<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Family Check-Up (FCU)</span><span> </span>are both evidence-based, strength-focused approaches designed to improve family relationships, enhance communication, and reduce problem behaviors in youth. You will deliver these interventions to help families build stronger connections, develop effective parenting strategies, and sustain lasting positive change.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The Family Check-Up Model is a unique, strength-based approach to improving family mental health, child behavior, and family relationships. The Family Check-Up Professional works with high and low risk youth and parents to provide parents with the tools and tailored support that they need to manage their children’s behaviors and improve their parenting practices by enhancing the quality of all of their family relationships.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This position offers<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">growth opportunities, upward mobility, and competitive pay.</span><span> </span>If you are passionate about strengthening families and making a lasting impact, we want to hear from you. Compensation is $600 Per Family Case (up to 12 cases).</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Purpose</span></span></p>\n<p>To positively impact at-risk youth (ages 2–17) and their parents or guardians who face barriers to success. Through FFT and FCU, families are guided to strengthen parenting skills, improve family management practices, and foster emotional, behavioral, and academic growth for their children.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties &amp; Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attend all required trainings, consultations, and supervisions to become certified/qualified in<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Functional Family Therapy (FFT)</span><span> </span>and<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Family Check-Up (FCU)</span><span> </span>delivery.</li>\n<li>Provide<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">home- and community-based services</span><span> </span>to identified at-risk families.</li>\n<li>Implement the FFT and FCU models using motivational interviewing, family systems principles, and parent skills training.</li>\n<li>Build strong, trusting relationships with youth and caregivers to support engagement and long-term success.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with agency staff, case managers, and community partners through meetings, consultations, and regular communication.</li>\n<li>Connect families to appropriate community resources and follow-up services.</li>\n<li>Act as a positive role model and uphold the<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Life Push brand of excellence</span><span> </span>in all interactions.</li>\n<li>Respect cultural differences and support each family’s right to self-determination and independence.</li>\n<li>Attend required supervisions, company meetings, and participate in both internal and external presentations.</li>\n<li>Contribute to special company programs and initiatives as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements/Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Must be able and willing to work flexible hours - (afternoon, evenings, and some weekends)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Must be at least 21 years of age</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Must have a COMPLETED 4-Year degree in a human services or counseling related field REQUIRED</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Must be willing to submit to and pass multiple thorough background checks</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Must have a valid driver’s license with the ability to provide a copy of your current driving record. (Driving record must be in good standing)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Must have reliable transportation with valid insurance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Must be willing to travel across listed counties to provide services</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Open to cultural differences and willingness to go through company orientation and training before being paired with a client</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Must have and demonstrate good listening skills, patience and a sense of awareness</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Must adhere to deadlines and expectations for client safety.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Prefer at least 2 years of experience in counseling or mental health field &amp;/or parent training programs working with families and/or parents/caregivers</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span>Resumes are required to be considered.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>We will contact you by phone or email to update you on the status of your application.
