Reporting to the CFO, this role provides practical legal guidance on contracts, risk management, and insurance matters while working closely with senior leaders, operations teams, customers, and vendors.</p>\n<h2><p>Wages</p></h2>\n<p>Starting wage will depend on experience and education. $119,680 to $160,019</p>\n<h2><p>Responsibilities</p></h2>\n<p><strong>Your Impact</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including service, rental, vendor, and construction contracts</p></li>\n <li><p>Advise leaders and operational teams on contract terms and risk mitigation</p></li>\n <li><p>Support dispute resolution and coordinate with outside counsel when needed</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist with contract management processes and supplier compliance</p></li>\n <li><p>Support property and casualty insurance matters and risk management strategies</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2><p>Qualifications</p></h2>\n<p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school</p></li>\n <li><p>Active state bar license in good standing</p></li>\n <li><p>5+ years of contract negotiation and transactional law experience</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong drafting, negotiation, and business-partnering skills</p></li>\n <li>Must be willing and able to work onsite.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Join Quinn Company and help support the agreements and partnerships that power our customers’ success.
