We excel at offering the benefits of a large corporation while operating as a boutique business building close relationships with our customers.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Our Mission</strong>: Through our unwavering commitment to safety, innovation, and sustainability, we passionately deliver indispensable value to our customers, employees, suppliers, communities, and stakeholders.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;Our Vision</strong>: A unified culture that creates innovative customer solutions.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What We&rsquo;re Searching for:&nbsp;</strong>Maintenance Supervisor for our Louisville, KY Packaging Solutions plant. &nbsp;As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee maintenance operations using precision and preventative maintenance to maximize plant and production equipment uptime, and be responsible for preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems; both mechanical and electrical.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;How You Will Contribute</strong>:</p><ul><ul type=\"disc\" id=\"isPasted\"><li>Able to plan and schedule major maintenance and capital projects for the plant.</li><li>Support the Plant Manager in the financial performance of the plant for opportunities of cost savings.</li><li>Implement manufacturing strategies and actions for the accomplishment of plant production goals.</li><li>Responsible for planning, organizing and regulating production and maintenance operation to guarantee effective return on capital.</li><li>Ensure company assets and physical plant are secure and well maintained.</li><li>Achieve desired results in safety by leading safety processes to sustain a safe work environment. Implement and coordinate department safety education and processes in accordance with corporate best practices and policies.</li><li>Achieve desired results in Quality by leading process reliability efforts to ensure lowest cost, best quality with high return on assets.</li><li>Manage the department resources and personnel to best meet the needs of the manufacturing operations.&nbsp;<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling/repair to ensure minimal downtime to operations.</li></ul></li><li>Drive machine reliability through disciplined application of the work order and preventative maintenance systems.</li><li>Responsible for accurate maintenance documentation/data entry.</li><li>Demonstrate continuous improvement in safety, housekeeping, waste reduction, quality, productivity, customer&rsquo;s satisfaction and cost.</li><li>Responsible for accurate production documentation/data entry.</li><li>Problem solve and address operational troubleshooting questions as they arise.</li><li>Ensure facility is in compliance with all appropriate environmental regulations and permitting requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage departmental cost within pre-approved budgetary limits.</li><li>Participate in weekly plant cost control meetings by accurately reporting maintenance costs along with suggestions for improvement.</li><li>Coach and develop hourly employees to maximize their effectiveness. Identify and develop high potential employees for levels of greater responsibility and scope.</li><li>Hold people accountable for performance; work with under-performers on training assistance or put them in documented performance improvement plans and/or disciplinary programs as necessary.</li></ul><li><p><strong>Key Attributes:</strong></p><p>The individual must have a working knowledge of the following:</p><ul><li>Key drivers of maintenance cost (labor, parts, asset utilization, etc.) and how to control them.</li><li>Equipment design and capabilities that can be translated into efficient operation.&nbsp;</li><li>Cost issues in order to make daily decisions that will reduce overall costs and find areas that require improvement.</li><li>Quality standards.</li><li>Regulatory requirements including but not limited to wage and hour requirements, environmental and waste minimization, company policies, and personnel requirements including OSHA<u><br></u><u><br></u><u><br></u></li><li><u>*</u>*<strong>&nbsp;PHYSICAL DEMANDS:&nbsp;</strong>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and talk or hear.
