This role is responsible for answering member phone calls, analyzing data, and resolving residential and business member inquiries, while promoting programs and services.</span></p><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Location:</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Work for this position can be performed both on-site at our campus located at 14601 Ramsey Blvd, Ramsey, MN 55303, and from your local home office as duties require. While this position is designated as a hybrid role, based on current policy, hires must reside in or relocate within commuting distance to our office in Ramsey, MN.</span></p><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Compensation:</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">The anticipated hiring range for this role is between $20.78 and $<span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\" data-pasted=\"true\">23.37</span> per hour. The final compensation offered is based on the selected candidate&rsquo;s qualifications, experience and skill level. In addition, this position is eligible for an annual bonus with a target payout of 5% of annual earnings based on company performance.</span></p><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>In this position you will:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Manage external member relationships, using multiple types of communication channels. Analyze, answer and resolve member issues to create quality member relationships.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Collect delinquent residential and commercial accounts in a timely and professional manner, and within all appropriate guidelines.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Promote and educate members on Conservation Improvement Programs (CIP) which align with our corporate strategic goals.
