The ideal candidate is proactive, takes pride in their work, and is able to manage tasks with minimal supervision.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain cleanliness of designated areas throughout the facility during operating hours.</li>\n<li>Provide ongoing restroom maintenance including restocking supplies, cleaning fixtures, and monitoring conditions.</li>\n<li>Perform routine cleaning tasks such as wiping surfaces, sanitizing touch points, dusting, sweeping, and mopping.</li>\n<li>Empty and replace trash receptacles throughout the building.</li>\n<li>Respond promptly to cleaning requests, spills, and other maintenance needs.</li>\n<li>Keep entryways, hallways, breakrooms, and high-traffic zones presentable at all times.</li>\n<li>Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and communicate replenishment needs.</li>\n<li>Assist with basic upkeep tasks and coordinate with the facilities team when additional support is needed.</li>\n<li>Follow all safety standards, company protocols, and site-specific requirements.</li>\n<li>Provide excellent customer service to on-site staff and visitors through courteous and professional interactions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prior janitorial or day porter experience preferred but not required.</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.</li>\n<li>Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.</li>\n<li>Dependability and a professional demeanor are essential.</li>\n<li>Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass background screening.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Schedule &amp; Compensation</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Full-Time (40 hours per week)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">$15.00 per hour</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Immediate start available</span></li>\n<li>Paid bi-weekly</li>\n<li>Opportunities for long-term growth and consistent work</li>\n</ul>",
