      "content": "\n<li>&nbsp;</li>\n\n<div><strong>Director - Construction</strong></div>\n<div><strong>Location: Denton/Dallas Fort Worth, Texas | Type: Full-time</strong></div>\n<div><strong>Role Overview</strong></div>\n<div>The Director is responsible for project management and leadership for the Southeast market and other T5 markets.&nbsp; This shall include, but not be limited to site management and leadership for individual buildings + full projects, including coordinating subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.&nbsp;</div>\n\n<li>Support general leadership of the Southeast market</li>\n<li>Lead data center campus teams</li>\n<li>Provide hands on management support for individual projects</li>\n<li>Manage overall budgets and corresponding subcontractor/vendor/consultant budgets</li>\n<li>Manage overall schedules</li>\n<li>Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely completion.</li>\n<li>Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.</li>\n<li>Ensure that subcontractor is fully executing and complying with the contracted scope of work.</li>\n<li>Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.</li>\n<li>Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards.</li>\n<li>Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to project team for resolution.</li>\n<li>Maintain daily log (written) of activities on the jobsite.</li>\n<li>May perform Field Superintendent duties at multiple job sites, simultaneously.</li>\n<li>Ensure subcontractor has corrected all deficiencies identified by project team.</li>\n<li>Walk all units on project daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning.</li>\n<li>Preside over weekly subcontractor meetings designed to coordinate the work.</li>\n<li>Issue notices of non-compliance to subcontractors in regards to quality of work or scheduling.</li>\n<li>Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner.</li>\n<li>Perform job progress and completion punch list identification and completion.</li>\n<li>Complete other such duties consistent with your role as you may be assigned by T5 management.</li>\n\n<div>&nbsp;</div>"
