Experience working with ServiceTitan software and industry knowledge is extremely helpful, but not required. We throw employee appreciation events throughout the year like parking lot BBQ's, catering/food trucks, snow cone days, big prize giveaways, employee recognition awards, and more!</strong> </em></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><em><strong>What Will I Do?</strong></em></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Update service appointment time frames for customers </li>\n <li>Reschedule service appointments </li>\n <li>Update Service Managers when issues arise </li>\n <li>Schedule & dispatch Technicians to customer homes</li>\n <li>Audits and reports as needed</li>\n <li>Route calls using best practices</li>\n <li>Administrative duties as requested</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively with all Technicians, Managers, and department heads</li>\n <li>Update Call Center Team with job availability</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><em><strong>Basic Qualifications/Requirements</strong></em></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 3 years of HVAC dispatch/scheduling experience required</li>\n <li>Knowledge of the Phoenix, Metropolitan area for best routing practices</li>\n <li>Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, Outlook Mail</li>\n <li>Maintain positive outlook even in stressful situations</li>\n <li>Attention to detail</li>\n <li>Strong phone presence</li>\n <li>Must have strong verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Deliver world class customer service</li>\n <li>Be self-motivated</li>\n <li>Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus, but not required</li>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Wrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
