Join the RALCO team today!</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Position Summary</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">The Electrical Foreman oversees field electrical employees (Licensed &amp; Apprentices), ensuring that all work meets safety standards, project specifications, and company quality expectations.  This position is responsible for coordinating and supervising electricians and apprentices on-site, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring materials and manpower are effectively managed so the project is successful. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise and lead crews of electricians and apprentices on commercial, industrial, or residential projects.</li>\n<li>Plan, layout, and coordinate electrical installations based on blueprints, drawings, and specifications, and profecting with Blue Beam</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC), local regulations, and company safety policies.</li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with project managers, general contractors, and inspectors to coordinate work.</li>\n<li>Schedule and assign tasks to ensure project deadlines and milestones are met.</li>\n<li>Perform quality checks and inspections to verify that installations meet required standards.</li>\n<li>Ensures Company Safety Standards are adhered to on-the-job sites.</li>\n<li>Order, track, and manage tools, materials, daily jobsite pictures, and equipment for assigned jobs.</li>\n<li>Mentor apprentices and junior electricians to promote skill development and adherence to best practices.</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate daily job reports, time logs, and material usage documentation.</li>\n<li>Identify and resolve on-site issues quickly to minimize project delays.</li>\n<li>Follows company policies and procedures, ensures assigned employees comply as well.</li>\n<li>Meet company’s core values and GWC</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent; Minimum 5–8 years of electrical experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.</li>\n<li>Valid journeyman or master electrician license.  Must be licensed in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island</li>\n<li>Minimum 5–8 years of electrical experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of NEC codes, electrical theory, and construction processes.</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.</li>\n<li>Proficient in using hand tools, testing equipment, and electrical construction tools.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.</li>\n<li>OSHA-10 required, OSHA 30-hour certification preferred to start and need to be completed in the first year.</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.<span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><em><br></em></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Working Conditions</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work performed primarily on active construction sites.</li>\n<li>Exposure to varying weather conditions, heights, confined spaces, and electrical hazards.</li>\n<li>May require extended hours, including nights or weekends, depending on project demands.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation and Benefits</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive hourly wage, commensurate with experience.</li>\n<li>Health, dental, and vision insurance.</li>\n<li>Retirement plan and company match.</li>\n<li>Generous paid time off and holidays.</li>\n<li>Opportunities for advancement within the company.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">RALCO Electric &amp; Generator is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled.</span></p>",
