The application process
The difference between mediocrity and excellence is significant. That’s why we take extra time to meet with candidates throughout the hiring process. Whether we’re looking for an Associate Consultant or a Senior Consultant, we typically hold three to five interviews to ensure a strong match.
People are at the heart of our business, and it’s important - for both us and our candidates - that we get to know each other properly. For some roles, the process may also include tests in Excel, logical reasoning, and a business case presentation in the final round.

Obsidian Digital is a performance marketing agency with a creative work culture. Our team of around 430 colleagues is spread across offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus, Aalborg, Helsinki, Leipzig, Hamburg, Podgorica, and Banja Luka. We specialize in working with mainly Northern European clients helping them advertise on social media, advertise in search engines, perform e-mail marketing, and much more.
Everything is based on our vision, which is to set the standard in the marketing industry.
We want to educate the next generation of performance marketers, and create an environment that motivates our own employees to make the best decisions on behalf of our clients.
