Must demonstrate knowledge of the company needs and future plans and be able to negotiate contracts as deemed necessary on behalf of the company. Demonstrate a non-judgmental and non-biased disposition regarding clients. Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of OSHA guidelines for the organization&rsquo;s safety/compliance programs.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Physical and Environmental Demands: Visual acuity and manual dexterity are needed for completing required paperwork. Frequent talking and hearing are needed for communicating with leaders, families, and other service providers. The physical demands are light with walking, standing, and occasional stooping.
