    "description_html": "<p>If you enjoy cleaning while building relationships with people in the community and are looking for a part-time position, we have a great opportunity! &nbsp;This position offers 10-15 hours per week.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><u>Responsibilities in this role</u></p><ol><li>Accountable to the manager during normal office hours.&nbsp;</li><li>Inform Manager or Maintenance Staff of repairs that are needed.</li><li>Vacuum weekly with equipment as provided by property.</li><li>Wipe down handrails.</li><li>Clean all windows with glass cleaner.</li><li>Spot clean tables and chairs as needed.</li><li>Washers and dryers should be moved two times a year and cleaned beneath and behind, with manager/maintenance assistance.</li><li>Clean/vacuum common areas throughout building.</li><li>Complete final cleaning of units to make them rent-ready.</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ol><p><br></p><p>People who are successful in this role exhibit the following characteristics:</p><p>- Dependable and punctual</p><p>- Have great attention to detail</p><p>- Proven ability to work independently</p><p>- Strong communication skills</p><p>- Desire working 20 hours per week</p><p>- Have knowledge of commercial cleaning</p><p>- Knowledge of Fair Housing Regulations</p><p>- Behavior supports a positive work environment. Examples: lead by example, friendly and good communication skills.</p><p><br></p><p>Hourly wage range:</p><p>$15.00- 16.00 per hour</p>",
