This role is primarily responsible for the technical direction and quality of derivatives portfolio management and accounting within Singularity product.</p><ul><li><b>Technical strategy and ownership:</b> Establish the technical vision and direction for major software components and systems. Ensure that architectural designs align with long-term business goals.</li><li><b>Complex problem-solving:</b> Tackle the most challenging technical issues, providing innovative and creative solutions that move the project forward and prevent future problems.</li><li><b>Hands-on development:</b> Continue to be deeply involved in hands-on coding, especially for critical and complex components of the software.</li><li><b>Mentorship and guidance:</b> Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to mid-level and junior engineers. Help upskill the team and foster a culture of technical excellence.</li><li><b>Cross-functional collaboration:</b> Work closely with product managers, designers, quality assurance engineers, and engineering managers to translate business needs into technical specifications and timelines.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>What You Will Bring:</u></b></p><ul><li><b>Extensive technical experience:</b> A proven track record of 6–10&#43; years as a hands-on software engineer, with deep expertise in multiple programming languages, frameworks, and software design principles.</li><li><b>System architecture:</b> Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system integration.
