We provide: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Comprehensive health benefits that start day 1 </li>\n <li>Student Loan Repayment Assistance & Reimbursement Programs </li>\n <li>Family-focused benefits  </li>\n <li>Wellness incentives </li>\n <li>Ongoing mentorship, <em>development, </em>and leadership programs  </li>\n <li>And more </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Work Location: </strong>Atlanta, GA </p>\n<h2>Description</h2>\n<p>The <strong>Program Manager, Strategic Operations</strong> provides project management and support in the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategic operations activities.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strategic operations activities include but are not limited to administrative, clinical, and/or operational projects, facilities planning and operational transitions, service line and program planning, and business development</li>\n <li>The incumbent will play a key role in operationalizing initiatives critical to short and long term strategies</li>\n <li>Manages multiple strategic operations projects from planning to execution which includes but is not limited to: development of project charter, creating project goals, scope, current and future state analysis, financial projections, implementation plan(s), and the evaluation of the effectiveness of actions/programs implemented</li>\n <li>Collaborates with internal and external constituents including hospital and system executive leaders, senior clinical and administrative leaders, clinical staff, faculty, and external stakeholders</li>\n <li>Works with engineers and other areas to project manage key strategic initiatives and/or other process improvement related projects</li>\n <li>Extracts and organizes data in order to perform data analysis for support and completion of strategic operations projects</li>\n <li>Identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends or patterns in complex data sets</li>\n <li>Areas of analysis span several topics and are not restricted to one functional area</li>\n <li>Utilizes meaningful project management tools and methodologies to manage strategic operations projects and ensure milestones are achieved while scope and budget are maintained</li>\n <li>Ensures effective communication for completion of projects, providing timely follow-up on deliverables</li>\n <li>Creates presentations and reports on project status and progress</li>\n <li>Performs other related duties as required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in relevant field</li>\n <li>Masters degree strongly preferred</li>\n <li>Three (3) years of demonstrated project management work experience leading projects</li>\n <li>Experience successfully managing multiple large, complex projects from beginning to completion according to scope, budget, and timeline</li>\n <li>Knowledge of project management techniques and proficiency with project management tools</li>\n <li>Advanced analytical, organizational, problem solving and interpersonal skills required</li>\n <li>Project Management</li>\n <li>Professional certification or equivalent and/or LEAN experience preferred</li>\n <li>Equivalent combinations of education/experience may be considered</li>\n</ul>\n<p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: (MediumMax 25lbs): up to 25 lbs, 0-33% of the work day (occasionally); 11-25 lbs, 34-66% of the workday (frequently); 01-10 lbs, 67-100% of the workday (constantly); Lifting 25 lbs max; Carrying of objects up to 25 lbs; Occasional to frequent standing & walking, Occasional sitting, Close eye work (computers, typing, reading, writing), Physical demands may vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks. ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS: Factors affecting environment conditions may vary depending on the assigned work area and tasks. Environmental exposures include, but are not limited to: Blood-borne pathogen exposure Bio-hazardous waste Chemicals/gases/fumes/vapors Communicable diseases Electrical shock, Floor Surfaces, Hot/Cold Temperatures, Indoor/Outdoor conditions, Latex, Lighting, Patient care/handling injuries, Radiation, Shift work, Travel may be required.
