Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of the vehicle while ensuring a positive and comfortable experience for guests.</p>\n<p><strong>Your Growth Path</strong></p>\n<p>Bell Person/Door Person/Guest Service Agent – Guest Service Supervisor</p>\n<p><strong>Your Focus</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner immediately upon interaction.  </li>\n <li>Transport guests safely to and from airport or other locations by driving shuttle vans or other vehicles.</li>\n <li>Provide information regarding the local community upon request. </li>\n <li>Load and unload guest luggage and other materials.</li>\n <li>Complete required transportation logs.</li>\n <li>Report vehicle mechanical problems immediately.</li>\n <li>Obey traffic laws and follow established traffic and transportation procedures.</li>\n <li>Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction. </li>\n <li>Work as a Bell Attendant during staffing shortages or peak check/in out periods.</li>\n <li>Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM Hotels’ EarthView program.</li>\n <li>Practice safe work habits and wear protective safety equipment.</li>\n <li>Ensure overall guest satisfaction.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as requested by management.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Your Background and Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>This position will also include driving the hotel shuttle within the local area.
