If you’re ready to elevate your career with a company that values craftsmanship, teamwork, and continued growth, we’d love to hear from you!</p>\n<h2><strong>__________________________________________________________________________________</strong></h2>\n<h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2>\n<h3><strong>Boiler Installation & System Setup</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Install, replace, and commission residential boiler systems, including steam, hot water, and high‑efficiency units</li>\n <li>Configure and optimize hydronic heating systems, including piping, pumps, zone controls, and venting</li>\n <li>Perform system start‑up, testing, and calibration to ensure safe and efficient operation</li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Leadership & Oversight</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as the lead technician on installation projects, directing team members and coordinating onsite workflow</li>\n <li>Train junior installers on proper techniques, safety procedures, and installation standards</li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Technical Troubleshooting</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Diagnose and resolve issues related to boilers, burners, controls, and overall system performance</li>\n <li>Identify potential installation complications and recommend effective solutions</li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Customer Interaction</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Clearly explain boiler replacement or installation processes to homeowners</li>\n <li>Provide system operation guidance and ensure customer satisfaction upon project completion</li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Documentation & Software Use</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Use ServiceTitan (or similar software) to document installation details, track materials, and update job status</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate and organized records in compliance with company and regulatory standards</li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Safety & Compliance</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure all installations meet local, state, and national mechanical and building codes</li>\n <li>Adhere to strict safety protocols for equipment handling, combustion safety, and jobsite practices</li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Product Expertise & Recommendations</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide expert recommendations on boiler types, efficiency options, and system upgrades</li>\n <li>Stay informed on emerging technology, energy‑efficient equipment, and industry best practices</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2><strong>Qualifications</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>10 years </strong>of experience installing and commissioning HVAC/boiler systems</li>\n <li>Strong working knowledge of hydronic systems, steam systems, venting, circulators, controls, and piping</li>\n <li>Experience leading installation teams or serving in a senior installer role</li>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer specifications</li>\n <li><strong>Licensing:</strong> Valid HVAC or related license in the state of New Jersey <strong>preferred</strong></li>\n <li><strong>EPA Certification:</strong> EPA Type II or Universal Certification required</li>\n <li>Gas piping certification or equivalent experience strongly preferred</li>\n <li>Experience with ServiceTitan or similar service‑management software is a<strong> plus</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Other Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent communication and customer‑service skills</li>\n <li>Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail</li>\n <li>Leadership mindset with the ability to mentor and support team members</li>\n <li>Professional, reliable, and safety‑focused</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record</li>\n <li>Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, basements, crawlspaces, and other residential environments</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Join our team at Chapman Bros and become part of a company that values both its customers and employees.
