Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.</p><p>More About Our Team:<br>We pride ourselves on exceptional teamwork, we support one another to deliver safe compassionate care.&nbsp;<br>Our strong collaboration and commitment to best practices lead to positive patient outcomes and a high-quality healing environment.</p><p>How you'll contribute:<br>A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who excels in this role:<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provides direct patient care<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Performs specific documentation in the patient's record<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintains equipment and supplies and participates in quality assurance<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Communicates appropriate information intradepartmental and interdepartmental<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assists and participates in staff education and pursues continuing education for personal development.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Applies knowledge of age-related factors appropriately to patients, utilizing appropriate policies and procedures.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Perform basic patient care tasks including bathing, grooming, and mobility assistance.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide general nursing support such as positioning, lifting, turning, and using special equipment.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist with toileting needs using bedpans, urinals, commodes, or ambulation to the bathroom.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Take and record temperature, pulse, respiration, weight, height, blood pressure, and intake/output measurements accurately and document in a timely manner.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Prepare patient rooms for admission and transfer, ensuring cleanliness and equipment readiness.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment with attention to ventilation and lighting.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Support patient admission, transfer, and discharge procedures, including handling of patient belongings.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Answer patient call lights, phones, and pages, responding promptly and appropriately.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Perform other related duties as assigned.</p><p>Minimum Work Experience<br>Previous relevant experience or completion of base skills as a registered nursing student<br>Required Skills<br>Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
