    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Major Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<p> Ability to work independently and efficiently in handling assigned responsibilities.</p>\n<p> Perform machine and quality checks as outlined on work instructions.</p>\n<p> Must understand and follow the operator instructions for the area.</p>\n<p> Must inspect in process parts and finished product to insure compliance with standards.</p>\n<p> Must be able to effectively communicate process/product problems.</p>\n<p> Requires good communication with team members.</p>\n<p> Requires shift work and overtime.</p>\n<p> Punctual presence (attendance and timeliness) on assigned work days.</p>\n<p> Must be alert, working in an area of automation and constant moving equipment.</p>\n<p> Must inspect incoming parts and outgoing shipments to insure compliance with Quality standards.</p>\n<p> Must be able to operate all material handling equipment in an alert, safe and effective manner.</p>\n<p> Processing of freight bills, packing slips, receiving reports, bill of lading, and other related receiving and shipping forms.</p>\n<p> Accurate input of all transaction’s related to inventory into computer system.</p>\n<p><strong>Minor Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<p> Requires teamwork and participation of company activities such as IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001 and Employee Involvement.</p>\n<p> Requires effective communication and involvement with team members and internal departments.</p>\n<p> Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.</p>\n<p> Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and perform duties with minimal supervision.</p>\n<p> Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.</p>\n<p> Maintain 5’s standards.</p>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p>\n<p> Requires work in an environment with limited movement.</p>\n<p> Requires good hand/eye coordination due to the repetitive nature of the job</p>\n<p> Requires constant standing and moving 8-12 hours per day</p>\n<p> Must be able to constantly lift and carry up to 35 lbs.</p>\n<p> Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and kneel.</p>\n<p> Must be able to apply up to 66lbs push/pull force unassisted.</p>\n<p> Must be able to reach overhead.</p>",
