We’re looking for a leader who is curious, entrepreneurial, and never settles for the status quo—someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about operational excellence and sustainable manufacturing.<br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\">Reverse-engineer advanced automotive headlights, including LED, HID, and adaptive lighting technologies.</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\">Develop and document complete remanufacturing processes for automotive headlights.</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\">Design test harnesses and collaborate with technicians to build, validate, and standardize harnesses across multiple sites.</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\">Provide engineering support for U.S. remanufacturing facilities, including onboarding new models and resolving technical issues.</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\">Travel up to 25% to support production sites, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\">Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, throughput, and safety.</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\">Troubleshoot production issues, test equipment, fixtures, and electrical/optical faults.</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\">Create and maintain work instructions, SOPs, and process documentation.</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\">Analyze warranty returns to identify trends, failure modes, and improvement opportunities.</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\">Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions.</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\">Manage supplier quality for components and work with suppliers to resolve issues.</p></li></ul><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\"><strong>Minimum Qualification&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\">Bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronic, or related engineering field.</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\">Experience with automotive systems, remanufacturing, electronics, or lighting technologies.</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\">Strong understanding of electromechanical systems, wiring, and diagnostics.</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\">Ability to read and interpret schematics and OEM documentation.</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\">Hands-on troubleshooting skills with electrical test equipment.</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\">Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\">Experience with LED, HID, adaptive lighting, or ADB systems.</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\">Experience in PCB design, layout review, or electronic component troubleshooting.</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\">Experience designing test harnesses or diagnostic tools.</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\">Knowledge of CAN/LIN communication or vehicle diagnostic tools.</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\">Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing or remanufacturing operations.</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\">Lean or Six Sigma training or certification.</p></li></ul>",
