Corporate Paralegal, Legal %26 Compliance Group

Job Summary: The Corporate Paralegal will handle a wide range of legal matters on an international basis supporting the Legal & Compliance Department. Job Duties: • Assist with document production. • Assist with record file management and reference binder maintenance. • Assist with the department budget and expenses globally. • Assist with legal operations and system administration for the various department electronic systems. • Assist with intellectual property renewals, filings and files globally. • Assist with corporate secretarial and governance matters for certain entities as needed. • Assist with know your customer requests. • Conduct legal research. • Assist with legal and compliance matters as needed. • Assist with notarization and apostille processes. • Provide administrative support as needed. • Assist with projects as assigned. Compensation $63,000 - $90,000 The annualized base pay range is a broad range based on analysis of similar positions in the market. The actual base pay for the position may be above or below the listed range and determined by a number of considerations, including but not limited to complexity, location, and scope of the role, along with experience, skills, education, training, and other conditions of employment.
