This low-cost operation is 100% owned by Orla, covers over 139,000 hectares, and includes a large sulphide mineral endowment </span><span>located</span><span> beneath the oxide resources.  We are also advancing permitting and development on our South Railroad Project, a feasibility-stage, open-pit heap leach project </span><span>located</span><span> on the prolific Carlin trend in Nevada. This project is part our larger South Carlin Complex which includes a prospective land package. We recently </span><span>acquired</span><span> the Musselwhite Mine </span><span>located</span><span> in Northern Ontario on Lake </span><span>Opapimiskan</span><span>, a gold mine with more than 25 years of operating history. We are custodians of the assets we run and the environments in which we </span><span>operate</span><span>, and we are committed to fostering a culture of excellence, care, and respect.</span></span><span><br></span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Purpose </span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>We are seeking a dedicated Wash Bay Attendant to</span><span> join our Maintenance Department, reporting directly to the Musselwhite Mobile Maintenance </span><span>Supervisor</span><span>. </span><span>The Wash Bay Attendant </span><span>is responsible for</span><span> cleaning, washing, and </span><span>maintaining</span><span> the </span><span>upkeep </span><span>of heavy equipment, light vehicles, and machinery used on-site at </span><span>Musselwhite Mine</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Responsibilities </span><span>include:</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Safely </span><span>operate</span><span> pressure washers, steam cleaners, and other cleaning equipment to clean mining vehicles and equipment.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Clean mud, dirt, oil, and debris from haul trucks, excavators, bulldozers, service trucks, and light vehicles.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Ensure equipment is properly prepared for maintenance or inspection.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the wash bay and surrounding work areas.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Perform routine inspections of cleaning equipment and report any maintenance needs.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Adhere to all site-specific safety protocols and PPE requirements.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Complete job logs and daily work reports as </span><span>required</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Assist</span><span> with minor facility maintenance and other general labor tasks as assigned.</span></span><span> </span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Education </span><span>and</span><span> Experience:</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Previous</span><span> experience in a wash bay </span><span>in a mining or heavy industry environment.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Valid driver’s license</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Ability to </span><span>operate</span><span> light vehicles and, optionally, equipment such as skid steers or forklifts</span><br><span>advantageous</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Ability to work within a team environment.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Self-directed and self-motivated, </span><span>demonstrating</span><span> initiative to do more than is expected or </span><span>required</span><span> in the </span></span>position.<span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Strong commitment to safety.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Working </span><span>Conditions:</span></span></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><br></span></span></p>\n<p><span><span>The schedule for this position will consist of 14 days on and </span><span>14 days</span><span> off, 12 hours per day.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation: </span> <br>• The base salary for this position is CAD$99,165 per year. <br>• The Company offers a Defined Contribution Pension Plan (DCPP), including an automatic 5% employer contribution, with the option for employees to receive up to an additional 4% employer match on employee contributions.</span></p>",
